EZQuest USB-C Multimedia 8-in-1 Hub Review: You need more ports!

Hubs are such simple accessories, but they increasingly add more value to the gadgets we already own. Alongside my love of portable monitors, a good inexpensive laptop hub is a handy upgrade.

A while back I spent some time with a full desktop hub solution from EZQuest, and now we’re taking a quick look at a more travel friendly solution. EZQuest sent their new hub for me to take on test drive.

Ringke Pixel Watch Case Review: A little protection helps…

I’m spending a little time with the Pixel Watch, and I will be getting a proper review out soon. One of the things slowing me down, I’m terrified to use this watch out and about. The design is pretty, but the curved glass along all sides isn’t inspiring a lot of confidence.

It’s a rule I have for reviewing phones. I can’t really get a handle on USING the phone unless I have a case for it. Google made one of the worst phone cases I’ve ever used…

I like the Pixel 6 Pro a lot, but this first party case from Google is one of the worst accessories I think I’ve ever used. An open letter to Google, right before the Pixel 7 announcement, I hope this is improved for their next phone.

The new OnePlus 10 is out, BUT NOT HERE! I have to make my OnePlus 9 Pro last a little longer.

RODE Vlogger Kit Review: Shoot Better Video!

Great film-making tools at a surprisingly decent price!

Phones are incredible pocket computers, and they often include respectable cameras. Calling something a “vlogger kit” might give someone the impression that this is a low quality accessory for low effort video streaming.

That’s not the case here.

Moshi Symbus Q Laptop Hub and Qi Charger: Replace what your laptop lost…

It’s a bit of a bummer that our laptops are so thin now, they’re losing useful ports. USB-C and Thunderbolt will be the future, but we’re not there yet, and using multiple dongles and adapters is a pain.
