I LOVE the Tank phones. They’re absurd.
The Tank X is an interesting beast, bringing back the beefier battery, and using an incredible new 1080p projector. However, at the same time, the Tank X uses an older SOC than the Tank 4 Pro I recently reviewed.

This was the nerdiest gadget I found at CES 2026! I keep saying “your phone is a computer”, but the folks at Nex are taking that seriously. The company that makes fun docks is trying their hand at a phone which can also run Debian AND Windows 11.

Geekom A7 Max Review!
It’s a BIGGER mini PC, and the chip in this little box is a beefy performer. We’re starting to feel the pinch from the component crisis though, and RAM prices are getting ridiculous. Geekom is trying to balance performance against bigger price hikes, but does that sour the experience?

Asus will be exiting the smartphone market.
