A bill before the Senate could block states from regulating AI for ten years. Google is getting sued by a solar company for AI search hallucinations. Apple will be facing another consumer lawsuit over iCloud. xAI faces lawsuit over environmental impact of their AI data centers.

Google is using YouTube content to train Gemini and Veo3. Adobe launched a new computational camera app. Xbox and AMD partner up for the next generation of gaming hardware, while a Meta collaboration might bring VR support to Xbox. Beat Saber leaves the Playstation.

#SGGQA 400: AI TikTok Influencers, Google AI Podcasts, A Weekend with Android 16

The Trump administration is unplugging plans to roll out more fiber broadband. A new PS3 emulator for Android devices is on the Google Play store. TikTok is launching a new AI suite of tools including AI Influencers. Google is turning your search results into an AI podcast.

Pebble remains on track to launch the Core 2 Watch. Google seems to be struggling with Pixel 6 and 7 batteries.

Android’s Desktop Mode is FINALLY Good!

Android 16 QPR 1 Beta 2 Desktop Mode first look!

I honestly didn’t think this was going to arrive on Android 16, but I’m happy to be wrong when it means we get cool new features! Your phone is a computer, and now on a Pixel 8 or Pixel 9, you can USE your phone more like a tablet or PC.

We have a LOT of teething pains to sort out, but this is SO much better!
