how do you define scalper (in a legal sense)?
That’s a great question that we’d need courts and lawmakers to define. We have a legal threshold for concert ticket scalpers. I have to apply for a business license to work in LA county. It’s a question we can answer. Someone who exists solely to buy up supply with no other consumer benefit should be thrown in jail.
