I’ve tried the digital minimalism and its really refreshing. Started by going back to my Sony Ericsson to get comfortable with just calling people instead of testing.
Then to the unihertz jelly 2e and finally to the unihertz titan slim. Just having a slightly more inconvenient device makes all the difference.
This video reminded me of why i started doing that. I will now turn on gray scale again.
