Apple sales woes continue to put pressure on the company. Will iPhone prices get slashed sooner than expected? Carriers have promised to stop selling subscriber data, but it’s still really easy to pay for a specific phone’s location. After lobbying against Net Neutrality and FOR the Trump tax cut, AT&T is laying off thousands of employees.

And in happier news, CES was last week! Let’s talk about what I saw on the show floor with Newegg!

#SGGQA 073: China Bans iPhone, Samsung Kills Headphone Jack, Feds Investigate #NetNeutrality Comments

The DOJ is FINALLY investigating all the bogus comments filed with the FCC during the Net Neutrality debate. DOOM turns 25! Google ends store support for Ice Cream Sandwich! Samsung will kill the headphone jack on future phones!

Also, we spend a little time talking about the ongoing Qualcomm and Apple squabbling. iPhones are now banned from retail channels in China! Who do we want to see win this fight?

More Net Neutrality drama, as a handful of House Democrats take contributions from the telecom industry. Ajit Pai claimed repealing Net Neutrality would boost infrastructure investment. That was a lie. Tumblr is banning porn. That should go well. And MKBHD proves OBJECTIVELY that the Blackberry Key 2 has a better camera than the iPhone XS!
